Usually, corrosion-resistant threaded components on the market are made of Hac276 material, which also has good corrosion resistance. However, the disadvantage is that the hardness is too low, only around HRC25. Such parts have good corrosion resistance, but their wear resistance cannot be achieved. The nickel alloy we use to produce threaded components has a hardness of HRC40-42, which greatly improves the wear resistance of the material on the basis of corrosion resistance.
