Bloom(Suzhou) Materials Co. Ltd. specializes in extruder components like barrels and screw elements, crafted from customized nickel chromium and tungsten molybdenum alloys for exceptional durability and resistance.

We are a production and operational company specializing in the production of nickel chromium hard faced alloy integral sleeves and tungsten molybdenum screw elements

we have an independent research and development team.Focusing on technological innovation, we have provided numerous domestic and international services for twin screw extruder customers and blending modification enterprises.

History

Company History

in the year 2014, Bloom's factory OUZI factory established , special for twin extruder parts manufacturing

In the year 2017, Bloom(suzhou) Materials Co.,Ltd established , mainly for oversea business of alloy parts and alloy extruder parts.

In the year 2021, New Factory Anhui OuZi estalished, all the factory production moved to the new factory. The current factory area exceeds 3000 Square Meters

In the year 2023, we Successfully developed the bimetallic liner for sued in parralled twin screw extruder, with New shape and more harder then other market products.

In January 2024,Participated in the 2024 Ruplastica in Moscow Russia.

at the same time, Bloom already confirmed for participate in Koplas &Intermold Korea 2025 Korea and Geramany K Show 2025 exhibision
