Thanks for Kara's Patience in the whole communication of changing the core shaft materials. Before we only use 3 months for one pair shafts, but now, with Bloom's new materials, we can use nearly one year.

We’ve been using Bloom’s nickel chromium alloy barrels for over a year, and the results have been outstanding. The longevity and wear resistance of their products have significantly reduced our maintenance costs. The support and technical expertise provided by their team are second to none.

We have been sourcing extruder components from Bloom for our blending modification processes. Their screw elements made from tungsten molybdenum alloys are exceptionally durable, reducing downtime and increasing productivity. Their focus on technological innovation truly sets them apart.

FAQ
Using our independently developed alloy material BLM60 (Ni60+Tungsten Carbide), the hardness can reach HRC62-64. It is mainly used to process the inner wall of the bushing or spray-weld the bushing, and is used for materials and industries that require ultra-high wear resistance.
BLM60, the nickel based alloy materials with excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance have significantly improved compactness; The metallographic structure is more detailed; A significant increase in hard wear-resistant phase carbides! Thus achieving twice the wear resistance of vacuum sintered alloys; The alloy layer has been changed from an 8-shaped alloy layer to a waist shaped elliptical 8-shaped alloy layer! Sharp corners provide better wear resistance and support.
Our solution: Based on 20 years of experience in the field of alloys, our technical personnel have fully explored the wear and corrosion resistance of nickel alloys, and made appropriate combinations of additions and deletions in alloy composition. Combined with the application conditions of extruder accessories, we have successfully developed BLM60 nickel alloy (Ni60) and BLM6 cobalt alloy (Cobalt 6). BLM60 nickel alloy is mainly used to produce bushings, with double alloy spray welded inner walls for machines above 75 and integral nickel alloy bushings for machines below 75. Threaded components in weak acid environments can be made using dual alloy spray welding technology, while in strong acid environments, they can be made using integral cobalt alloy BLM6 (cobalt 6) alloy. In this way, the lifespan of our products is 3-6 times that of other materials in the same industry.
we can make this type of thermocouple hole for accurate temperature test. Charactors: hard for making, The processing and installation of holes require extremely high technical and product processing requirements
In the market , most supplier use this F method for making the temperature test hole(Thermocouple Hole). Charactor : Easy for making, but temperture test can not be too accurate because too far from the material inside.
Our solution: Adding copper pads on the barrel, utilizing the characteristics of metal thermal expansion and contraction, and different materials having different coefficients of thermal expansion. When the barrel is heated, the coefficient of thermal expansion of copper is high, and the copper pads expand upon heating to achieve the sealing effect of the barrel.
Our company's main creative team is based on the materials themselves, combined with the specific application environment of extruder accessories, to improve the performance of products from the perspective of materials. This is fundamentally different from the market where only processing is done, regardless of the manufacturer of the materials. Our company's technicians add and modify the composition of alloys using the same materials, resulting in different performance of the same materials on different products, greatly improving the service life of the products.
